Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription from Settings at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and will not be charged again.

Refunds

If you are not happy with your first payment, email us within 7 days and we will refund it in full. Renewal payments are not refunded, but cancelling stops all future charges.

Your UK rights

Because our service gives you immediate access to digital content, you agree when subscribing that access starts straight away, which means the standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 no longer applies once you start using it. Our 7-day refund on your first payment applies anyway, and your statutory rights are not affected.

How to request

Email support@digitalglowltd.co.uk with the email address on your account. Refunds go back to the original card within 5–10 business days.
