Terms of Service

Digital Glow is operated by Digitalglowltd, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17384826). Registered office: Office 7428, 58 Peregrine Road, Hainault, Ilford, Essex, IG6 3SZ, United Kingdom.

These terms form an agreement between you and Digitalglowltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. What we provide

Digital Glow helps you research trends, generate digital products, social content and short videos using AI. Results are generated automatically and may contain mistakes — review everything before you sell or publish it.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices shown include any launch discount that applies at sign-up.

5. Who owns what you create

You own the products, content and videos you generate and may sell them commercially. You are responsible for making sure your final products do not infringe anyone else's rights and comply with the rules of the marketplaces where you sell.

6. Fair use

Do not use the service for illegal, hateful, deceptive or harmful content, to spam, or to overload our systems. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Market data

Trend and demand figures come from third-party sources and estimates. They are guidance, not a promise of sales or income.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes by email or in the app.
